About Our Classes
Masks may be required while in the class and building.
If you are interested in learning about bladesmithing, we’ve set up an extremely well-equipped shop for you to learn in. We offer a variety of classes from an introductory level through more advanced students all open to the public. This is a great way to get familiar with what we do, and to get hands-on experience under the eyes of an experienced skilled smith.
Public Classes
Due to inflation we will be raising the price of our basic classes from £185 to £200 starting on September 1st, 2025.
Other classes will also increase in cost proportionally.

Private Classes
Many people enjoy the experience of working with an instructor with a group of friends, and the best way to set up such courses is to contact us directly. We can schedule Private Classes ranging from 3 to 14 students. Groups larger than 7 students require two instructors, however, so may be more complicated to schedule!
To schedule a private class, contact us. At the present time, we are not accepting additional single or two-person tutorials due to an excessive workload.
Payment/Cancellation Policy
Payment is due upon registration and your spot will not be reserved until payment has been received in full.
Cancellations with 14 days or less are non-transferable (but may be granted to another eligible student) and non-refundable.
Classes canceled by P Dunne Blades due to bad weather or instructor absence will be rescheduled or refunded.
